Hey, great looking board you have here. Couple of things I think may help: A quick reply box. It can be easily implemented, and saves alot of time for people that just want to post text.
Consilidating the subforums. It seems that alot of topics are spread thin, and I know seeing that limited activity may keep people away. Leaving it at fewer subforums may give the appearance of a more active site, hopefully gaining more members.
Have you tried advertising at other popular boards? People may be inclined to a place like this because it wouldn't be as heavily moderated as the others (gatorbait.net), figure it's worth a shot.
Just giving my .02, and I'll be glad to help in any way as I've run a few phpbb boards before. |
